The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related bajiap policies. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

"Platform" / "bajiap" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to bajiap, the online betting and casino platform accessible at bajiap.net, including all associated services, games, tools, and features offered therein.

"Player" / "User" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bajiap platform or any of its services.

"Account"

"Wagering Requirement"

Means the minimum total betting turnover that a Player must achieve before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted into withdrawable real-money balances.

"Funds" / "Balance"

Means the monetary value held in a Player's bajiap account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus balance as separately designated within the account interface.

"Local Payment Methods"

Means the Bangladesh-based mobile financial services and banking channels supported by bajiap for deposit and withdrawal transactions, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

"BDT" / "Taka" / "৳"

Means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh (ISO 4217 code: BDT), which is the primary transactional currency on the bajiap platform.

"Responsible Gaming Tools"

Means the suite of player-controlled account features made available by bajiap to assist Users in managing their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing bajiap.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered on the bajiap platform, you unambiguously confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and bajiap with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede and replace any prior oral or written understanding, agreement, or representation relating to the same subject matter.

The bajiap platform is intended solely for adult users. To register an account and use any bajiap service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bajiap strictly enforces this requirement and applies mobile OTP-based verification at registration. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship, trusteeship, or any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either initiated by yourself on bajiap or imposed by any recognised responsible gaming programme.
6. Not a bajiap Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bajiap or any associated entity. Such individuals are prohibited from holding Player accounts or placing wagers on the platform.

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bajiap account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

1. Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. 4. Accurate Profile Maintenance: You are obliged to keep your registered contact information, including mobile number and payment account details, accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or result in failed payments.
5. Prohibited Conduct: You must not use your bajiap account for any fraudulent, collusive, or abusive purpose. This includes but is not limited to bonus abuse, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in systematic bad faith, use of automated bots or scripts, and any form of cheating or manipulation of platform outcomes.

bajiap supports a comprehensive range of Bangladesh-native payment methods, enabling fast and reliable deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

1. Supported Payment Methods: bajiap currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is displayed in your account dashboard.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts in good standing, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.
3. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed promptly. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4. Identity Verification for Withdrawals: bajiap may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, or at any time at bajiap's reasonable discretion. 5. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. 7. Dormant Account Fees: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bajiap reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

bajiap offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer:

1. Eligibility: All bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed identity verification, hold a single account in good standing, and have not been flagged for any form of abusive or suspicious activity.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement within the specified validity period.
3. Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited at the end of the validity period. Validity periods are displayed clearly in each promotion's terms.
4. Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, and table games may each carry a different wagering contribution percentage. The contribution table is available within each promotion's specific terms.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Opting into a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

These promotions are subject to their own specific eligibility and wagering terms as published at the time of the offer.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bajiap platform. These rules apply in addition to the specific rules of each individual game or betting market as displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

1. Final Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bajiap system. The system timestamp recorded at the moment of confirmed acceptance constitutes the official time of the wager.
2. Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, bajiap reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
3. Bet Cancellation: Accepted wagers may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where bajiap at its sole discretion offers a cash-out feature on a specific market. Cash-out availability and terms are displayed in real time on the relevant bet slip.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — live in-play odds are updated on a ball-by-ball basis and are subject to brief suspension during events such as wickets, boundaries, and reviews.
5. Match Fixing and Prohibited Conduct: bajiap operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of sporting outcomes. Players who are found to have placed bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes will have all winnings voided, accounts permanently closed, and activity reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.
6. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, any attempt to circumvent the exclusion — including registering a new account — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Limited Licence: bajiap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bajiap content.
2. Prohibited Actions: You must not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract any part of the bajiap platform's software, code, data structures, or proprietary systems. Automated access via bots, scrapers, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajiap's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. Exclusions: bajiap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
2. Internet and Connectivity: bajiap accepts no responsibility for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, network latency, device malfunction, or any other technical issue on the Player's side that affects the placement or settlement of wagers.
3. Force Majeure: bajiap shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power outages, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
4. Player Responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. bajiap does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return on any wager or gaming session. You participate in all betting and gaming activity entirely at your own risk and within your own financial means.

bajiap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age

Upon account termination for cause, bajiap reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the bajiap platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. bajiap expressly disclaims all liability arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
